Return Policy

We strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase from Five Petals Florist. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for floral products.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at irene@fivepetals.com.au if your items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We are committed to making it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as flowers, plants, or food)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Returnable Items Other items, such as candles and diffusers, can be returned only if they are defective. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation, and we will guide you through the process.

Exchanges For eligible non-perishable items, the fastest way to ensure a quick resolution is to return the item you have (if it is defective), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or swap for another product.

Refunds If applicable, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
